Tomato Smoothie

    Ingredients
    • 500gm tomatoes(fully ripe) (preferably sour, juicy ones)
    • 200gm sugar
    • 500ml drinking water
    • 1sprig mint leaves(optional, for garnishing)
    • 8 ice cubes(optional, 2 per glass)
    Instructions
    1. Chop the tomatoes roughly to pieces. Transfer to your food processor.
    2. Tip in the sugar and grind for 2 minutes to smooth paste.
    3. Transfer to a mixing vessel. Pour in the water and stir well.
    4. Pour into glasses, add the ice cubes (optional), garnish with mint leaves (optional) and serve fresh. Enjoy!
