Ingredients
500
gm
tomatoes
(fully ripe) (preferably sour, juicy ones)
200
gm
sugar
500
ml
drinking water
1
sprig
mint leaves
(optional, for garnishing)
8
ice cubes
(optional, 2 per glass)
Instructions
Chop the tomatoes roughly to pieces. Transfer to your food processor.
Tip in the sugar and grind for 2 minutes to smooth paste.
Transfer to a mixing vessel. Pour in the water and stir well.
Pour into glasses, add the ice cubes (optional), garnish with mint leaves (optional) and serve fresh. Enjoy!
