Vegan Coconut Smoothie
A delicious, munchy, healthy, nutritious vegan coconut drink that you can make in just a few minutes!

    Ingredients
    • 100gm grated coconut
    • 100gm sugar
    • 2pods cardamom
    • 10gm beaten rice flakes
    • 1200ml drinking water
    Instructions
    1. Shell the cardamom and crush the seeds to powder. Transfer to your food processor.
    2. Tip in the grated coconut and the sugar. Pour in a cup of water and grind for 30 seconds.
    3. Transfer the contents to a mixing vessel and pour in the rest of the water.
    4. Mix well and pour into glasses. Top up with rice flakes and serve. Enjoy!
    Recipe Notes

    Use chilled water if you like, and try garnishing with fragrant rose petals.
